Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer‑focused Customer Care Specialist to support one of Olsten Staffing’s client sites. In this role, you will be the voice of the organization, providing exceptional service and creating a positive experience with every interaction. If you enjoy helping others, problem‑solving, and working in a fast‑paced environment, this role is perfect for you!

Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer calls and assist with inquiries related to hazard insurance, mortgage banking, and property loss.

Listen actively, show empathy, and work toward effective resolutions.

Research, troubleshoot, and resolve loan‑level issues while documenting accurately.

Understand customers’ challenges and proactively help prevent future issues.

Adapt quickly to updates in processes and priorities.

Participate in classroom, online, and hands‑on training.

Support special projects or additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications

Strong attention to detail

Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills

Ability to deliver outstanding service and “WOW” customers on every call

Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills

Ability to adapt in a fast‑paced, changing environment

Ability to multi‑task using multiple systems

High school diploma or GED + 1 year of work experience required

College degree with 0–1 year of experience preferred

Assignment Details

Type: Temp

Training Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (ET)

Work Hours: Must be available between 6:00 AM – 9:00 PM, any day of the week, including weekends (two days off provided)

Pay Rate: **$16.00/hr (based on experience)**

Dress Code: Professional

Pay Details: $16.00 per hour
