Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (EST – Miami time)

Compensation (Commission-Based)

$30 per confirmed appointment that shows up in the office

Commission-only role (no base salary)

Estimated earnings: $3,000 – $9,000+ per month, based on performance and lead volume

About the Role

FL Green Innovations (under Atlas Remodeling LLC) is expanding our phone sales team and is seeking reliable, motivated Remote Phone Sales Representatives to handle homeowner inquiries.

This is not cold calling. You will be calling people who have already expressed interest in our services. Your main responsibility is to qualify leads and set confirmed appointments for our in-office sales team.

A dedicated phone number and calling lists are provided.

Leads

Leads are provided by the company. Lead volume may vary based on availability and performance.

What You’ll Do

Call homeowners who have inquired about our services

Qualify leads over the phone using a provided script

Schedule confirmed in-office appointments

Accurately log calls and appointment details

Maintain professional, clear, and friendly communication

Fluent in English and Spanish (required)

Strong verbal communication skills

Comfortable speaking on the phone throughout the day

Sales, call center, or appointment-setting experience preferred

Availability Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $3,000.00 - $9,000.00 per month
