Responsibilities

  • Transcription tasks.
  • Preparation of paperwork and documentation.
  • Scheduling consultations with clients.
  • Preparing and sending weekly reports via email.
  • Updating and maintaining virtual files.
  • Building and managing an ongoing task list.
  • Overseeing general administrative tasks.
  • Performing day-to-day administrative support activities.

Technical Requirements

  • Computer processor: 1 GHz or above; Intel Core i3 (6th–12th generation), i5, i7, or AMD equivalent.
  • Internet connectivity: Minimum 10 Mbps DSL or fiber internet connection (USB sticks, signal-based, and wireless connections are not allowed).
  • Operating system: Windows or Mac.
