Responsibilities
- Transcription tasks.
- Preparation of paperwork and documentation.
- Scheduling consultations with clients.
- Preparing and sending weekly reports via email.
- Updating and maintaining virtual files.
- Building and managing an ongoing task list.
- Overseeing general administrative tasks.
- Performing day-to-day administrative support activities.
Technical Requirements
- Computer processor: 1 GHz or above; Intel Core i3 (6th–12th generation), i5, i7, or AMD equivalent.
- Internet connectivity: Minimum 10 Mbps DSL or fiber internet connection (USB sticks, signal-based, and wireless connections are not allowed).
- Operating system: Windows or Mac.
