Key Responsibilities

  • Generate periodic reports that summarize entry volume, accuracy rates, and trends, providing insights to supervisors and senior management.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for on‑site visitors and inbound callers, delivering courteous, knowledgeable assistance and routing inquiries appropriately.

  • Identify opportunities for process automation and recommend tools or best practices that could streamline data entry tasks.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a data entry, data processing, or similar administrative role.
  • Advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite—particularly Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data validation) and Word—as well as experience using database management software (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, or proprietary remotehirings platforms).
  • Exceptional attention to detail; demonstrated ability to achieve an error rate of less than 0.5% in high‑volume data environments.
