Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commissioned Employer Consultant to join our team. This role is pivotal in helping our placement agency grow by sourcing and building relationships with employers who are in need of skilled talent. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing new employer partnerships, understanding their hiring needs, and promoting our placement services. This is a commission-based role, offering unlimited earning potential based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Employer Acquisition:
Proactively identify and engage potential employers across various industries that may benefit from our placement services.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with employers to understand their recruitment needs and workforce challenges.
Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to generate new business and expand the employer client base.
Negotiate contracts and service agreements with employers to provide recruitment services.
Consultative Sales Approach:
Conduct in-depth consultations with employers to assess their hiring needs, team structure, and company culture.
Recommend customized staffing solutions based on the employer's specific requirements.
Present the benefits and services of our placement agency in a compelling way that resonates with potential clients.
Account Management:
Manage and nurture existing employer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
Serve as a point of contact for employers throughout the recruitment process, offering ongoing support and updates.
Market Research & Analysis:
Stay updated on industry trends and employment market dynamics to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Monitor competitors’ offerings to position our services effectively in the marketplace.
Reporting & Metrics:
Regularly track and report on business development activities, new employer acquisitions, and sales performance.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the agency.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, business development, or recruitment consulting (prior experience in a similar role is a plus).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with a diverse range of employers.
Self-motivated with a high degree of initiative and a results-driven mindset.
Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Familiarity with recruitment services or staffing agencies is a plus, but not required.
