Sync Agent Consultant, Commission-Based

Lobstah Claw Music (https://www.lobstahclawmusic.com/) has a one stop sync catalog featuring songs by artists that span several genres and endless moods. We are offering the position of Sync Agent Consultant on a commission-based only role.

PAYMENT

Commission-based only role. You get 20% of the upfront fee of all sync placements you land.

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong network of relationships with with Music Supervisors, Directors, Ad/Creative Agencies, Brands, Video Games, etc.
• Actively receiving briefs, strong brief analysis
• Strong curation and creative direction/storytelling skills
• Strong pitching/follow up experience/skills
• Proven placements in sync
• Bespoke experience
• DISCO experience
• Entrepreneurial spirit, driven

PLUS

• A&R experience
• Publishing experience
• Music Production experience

DUTIES

• Gain a deep understanding of the tracks in the Lobstah Claw Music sync catalog.
• Curate and pitch songs from the LCM sync catalog to Music Supervisors, Directors, Ad/Creative Agencies, Brands, Video Games, and any other professional/entity with music licensing needs.
