Student Growth and Marketing Rep (Remote, performance paid)

Payna is a YC W26 company building a faster, more affordable way to access wages you have already earned before payday.

We launched a week ago, got our first users through Reddit, and have grown to 150 users so far. Now we want to onboard as many people as possible and we want creative students to help us make it happen.

What you will do

• Find and test channels that work: Reddit, TikTok, Instagram, campus groups, Discords, Facebook groups, DMs, anything that converts
• Create UGC style content and run scrappy distribution
• Drive signups and help improve our messaging based on what you learn

Compensation

• Paid based on the number of users you onboard
• Unlimited upside based on performance

Who is a fit

• You are resourceful and willing to experiment
• You have done UGC, growth, or community marketing before (a plus)
• You move fast and do not need much direction

No set hours. Fully remote.
