Siemens Government Technologies (SGT) is a dynamic and rapidly growing organization, and we are seeking a highly motivated Contracts & Compliance Manager to complement our growing team.

The SGT Government Contracts & Compliance Manager is responsible for managing and mentoring a department of contract and subcontract professionals at all levels. You will lead all enterprise-level contracts and compliance activities for a large prime contractor supporting U.S. Government and Department of Defense programs.

This role is responsible for ensuring continuous compliance with federal contracting requirements, cybersecurity standards, and reporting obligations across multiple business units and programs. The position provides strategic oversight, serves as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, and ensures the organization’s readiness for audits, certifications, and regulatory reviews.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the organization’s compliance with federal contracting requirements, including FAR, DFARS, and agency-specific regulations.
  • Establish and maintain enterprise-wide compliance frameworks, policies, and internal controls aligned with government contracting obligations.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and escalation point for complex contracts and compliance issues impacting programs and contracts.
  • Provide strategic oversight of System for Award Management (SAM) registrations, annual renewals, and ongoing updates across the enterprise.
  • Ensure alignment and data integrity across government systems (SAM, UEI, CAGE, JCP and related DoD databases).
  • Partner with IT, cybersecurity, legal, and program leadership to support compliance efforts for CMMC and related cybersecurity requirements (e.g., DFARS 252.204-7012, NIST 800-171).
  • Prepare enterprise Representations and Certifications (Reps & Certs) submissions, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and regulatory compliance.
  • Assess regulatory changes and implement updates to Reps & Certs processes and internal controls as required.
  • Complete annual and recurring government reporting activities, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
  • Support preparation for government audits, assessments, and compliance reviews; coordinate responses and corrective action plans as needed.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to executive leadership, contracts, legal, finance, supply chain, engineering, and program management teams.
  • Provide guidance, training, and communication to internal stakeholders on compliance requirements and best practices.
  • Provides career development, guidance and training opportunities for direct reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Compliance, Public Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Ten (10) years of progressive experience in government contracts compliance, federal contracting, or regulatory compliance, preferably within a large prime contractor environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in FAR/DFARS compliance and federal contracting frameworks.
  • Experience overseeing SAM registrations, Reps & Certs, and enterprise-level government reporting.
  • Proven leadership experience managing complex compliance initiatives.

Preferred

  • Experience or working knowledge of Export Controls (ITAR/EAR), including collaboration with export compliance or trade compliance teams.
  • Experience supporting CMMC implementation or enterprise cybersecurity compliance programs.
  • Experience with managing Contracts and Compliance software tools and databases.

Security Clearance

  • Applicants selected for this position may be subject to a Government Security Investigation and must meet eligibility for access to classified information.
  • Candidate must be a United States Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Top Secret Security Clearance
