Apollo.io Expert

We are looking for an Apollo.io & Systeme.io Specialist with proven experience in sales and marketing automation, lead generation, and funnel optimization. This role is focused on configuring, optimizing, and managing performance-driven campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Setup and management of Apollo.io (lead sourcing, sequences, automation).
• Setup and optimization of Systeme.io (funnels, email campaigns, automations).
• Integration between Apollo.io and Systeme.io.
• Lead segmentation and database management.
• Creation and monitoring of email marketing campaigns.
• Performance analysis and conversion optimization.
• Support in customer acquisition strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience using Apollo.io.
• Proven experience using Systeme.io.
• Solid knowledge of funnels, automations, and email marketing.
• Analytical mindset with a results-driven approach.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Intermediate or advanced English (preferred).
