About the Role
We are seeking a driven and well-connected Part-Time Employer Sourcing Agent to secure new employer contracts for our growing placement agency.
This role is ideal for someone with strong networking skills, B2B sales experience, or existing HR/employer relationships who wants flexible, performance-based income.
Your primary responsibility will be to identify, approach, and secure employers who require recruitment and placement support.
Key Responsibilities
Identify businesses in need of staffing or recruitment assistance
Conduct outreach to decision-makers (HR Managers, Directors, Business Owners, etc.)
Present and promote our agency’s recruitment services
Secure signed agreements for placement services
Build and maintain strong employer relationships
Track outreach efforts and pipeline activity
Compensation
Commission-based (percentage of successful placement fees)
Recurring earning potential from long-term employer partnerships
No earning cap
Flexible hours (performance-driven role)
Compensation details will be discussed during the interview process.
Ideal Candidate
Experience in B2B sales, recruiting, staffing, or HR preferred
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and target-driven
Comfortable working independently
Existing employer network is an asset
