Employer Sourcing Specialist

Your mission will be to engage these employers and secure their agreement to let us find the right employees for their teams.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to earn 50% commission on the initial retainer fee—with no base salary—making it perfect for driven individuals who thrive on performance and breaking records.

What You’ll Do:

* Identify and reach out to employers actively hiring

* Present WorkRep’s staffing solutions and secure employer agreements

* Build strong relationships with employers to create ongoing business opportunities

* Work independently with full autonomy and a results-driven mindset

What We’re Looking For:

* Self-starter with exceptional communication and negotiation skills

* Pro-active and persistent attitude

* Comfortable working independently and motivated by commission-based earnings

* Previous sales or recruiting experience is a plus but not required
