Position: Front Desk Coordinator / Billing Specialist

Location: Remote

Schedule: Part Time

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and return emails, and messages professionally
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars
  • Verify insurance and obtain authorizations
  • Submit, track, and follow up on claims
  • Handle billing questions and payment processing
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients/patients

Qualifications

  • Previous front desk, administrative, or billing experience preferred
  • Knowledge of insurance verification and claims processing (especially healthcare billing a plus)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
  • Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems and basic computer programs
