Position: Front Desk Coordinator / Billing Specialist

Schedule: Part Time
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and return emails, and messages professionally
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Verify insurance and obtain authorizations
- Submit, track, and follow up on claims
- Handle billing questions and payment processing
- Maintain accurate and confidential records
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients/patients
Qualifications
- Previous front desk, administrative, or billing experience preferred
- Knowledge of insurance verification and claims processing (especially healthcare billing a plus)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
- Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems and basic computer programs
